Headquartered in Fresno, California, we serve commercial, residential and industrial clients locally and nationally. Rakkar Development & Construction was established in March 2018 and holds a General B, Contractor’s License in the State of California.

Our ability to deliver quality solar services and build safe, ecologically-sound buildings starts with our team of skilled and knowledgeable construction and solar project managers. Our team comes from a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds.
President of Rakkar Development & Construction
Tajinder Rakkar has 15 years of experience building mega projects such as the Kaiser Oakland Flagship Hospital, the Jordan Agriculture Lab at Fresno State, along with multiple buildings at UC Merced and CRMC Fresno. Mr. Rakkar is also a LEED AP BD+C, accredited by the GBCI.
